The Friends of Wellington Park are keeping a close eye on Government guidelines about when outdoor events, such as the concerts in the park, can take place.

Sandra Nunn, from the group, said: “With the health and safety of our volunteers, our audience and the bands in mind, it is unlikely any events will take place in June this year. We will try to keep you informed as to when we can safely start via the WWN and the Friends of Wellington Park Facebook page.

“Thank you for your understanding and we will be back as soon as we safely can. In the meantime we hope you all stay safe and well.”
