GLADMAN Developments has withdrawn its appeal against the refusal of planning permission for a development of up to 95 dwellings on land at North Street, Wiveliscombe.

The application, number 49/18/0001, was refused by Taunton Deane Borough Council’s planning committee in March.

The Planning Inspectorate has confirmed that an appeal hearing, set to start on November 20, will not take place and no further action will be taken.
