Otterford: 29/20/0009 – Erection of boiler shed at Higher Warrens Farm, Churchinford (resubmission of 29/18/0004).

Sampford Arundel: 32/20/0001 – Construction of first floor to bungalow, erection of detached garage with gym to the rear and first floor office space and formation of additional driveway at The Rowans, Exeter Road.
