THE Covid-19 lockdown has inspired Bradford Players’ latest production, set to be performed outdoors at Sheppy’s Cider this weekend (September 18-20).

Katie Cooke has put together a selection of short monologues and duologues, dubbed ‘Lockdown Unlocked’, which have been rehearsed over the Zoom video conferencing platform.

The show is about the different ways individuals have dealt with lockdown and is not intended for younger children as it includes some swearing and adult themes are covered.

[email protected] or on 07581 880807. The shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday start at 7pm with the seating area available from 6.30pm.

Audience members should take their own low-backed chairs or rugs and social distancing will be operating.

Picnics and other refreshments will be available in advance from Sheppy’s and performances will continue in wet weather.
