On Wednesday morning Police officers and Ambulance workers were responding to a 'major incident' near Wellington. 

At least three ambulance vehicles and two police cars were seen at a property on the A38 close to the World's End pub. 

Emergency workers on the scene did not disclose the nature of the incident, which prompted a significant response and caused some disruption to passing traffic. 

Avon and Somerset Police and the South West Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
