TAUNTON Deane MP Rebecca Pow (pictured) was sworn into Parliament last week following her re-election on June 8.

Members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords are required to take an oath of allegiance to the Crown before they take their seats in Parliament after a General Election.

Ms Pow kept hold of her seat following this year’s election, increasing her vote share by 4.3% and obtaining 33,333 votes across Taunton Deane.
