THREE of the team at the Beambridge Inn, Wellington – landlord Craig Holmes, Bryanna Hayward and Chloe Jordan – have been taking part in the Cancer Research UK Walk All Over Cancer challenge.

Participants are required to walk, run or jog their way through 10,000 steps a day for every day of March.

To help them achieve their daily target they teamed up with local walking group Walk Well with Tone – Taunton Deane for a three-mile circular walk from pub. 

Craig said:  “We were looking at opportunities to involve other people in our challenge and the Walk Well group was most accommodating when we approached them.

“Just like many people today, cancer has had an impact on all three of our lives in some way and when we heard about the Walk Over challenge, we felt compelled to take part.”

The trio had clocked up almost 200 miles between them by the middle of last week.
