CHILDREN at Rockwell Green Primary School have celebrated Thinking Day.

The event is celebrated annually by Scout and Girlguiding organisations around the world. February 22 was chosen because it is the birthday of Scouting and Guiding founder Robert Baden-Powell and Olave Baden-Powell.

It is a day when children think about their ‘sisters’ and ‘brothers’ in all the countries of the world, the meaning of Guiding and its global impact.

Any pupils who are part of a Scouting or Guiding organisation were invited to go

to school dressed in their respective uniforms.
