PUPILS at Wellington Junior School have raised £3,000 with a charity Jubilee Swimathon.

The money is to be split between two charities - Save our Soldiers, and a community project in Sierra Leone. A target of 60 miles had been set for the swimathon, but by the end of the event, some 118 miles had been covered by teams of swimmers.
