SHOPPERS were kept warm by a hog roast outside the award-winning butcher Tim Potter in Fore Street, Wellington, today (Sat).

Despite the cold, a long queue built up to tuck into some tasty meat.

"I don't mind waiting," said one freezing shopper. "This is more like Christmas."
