REMINISCENCE Learning, the Wellington-Based charity, has a world record attempt in store as it makes plans for National Dementia Awareness Week 2016.
The team have a week of free activities planned, all at The Counting House, Wellington, unless stated including:
Dementia awareness talks on Monday, May 16, 1-4pm and Tuesday, May 17, 6-9pm.
Film afternoon, Some Like it Hot, on Tuesday May 17, 2-4pm.
Music and Memories event on Wednesday May 18, 2-4pm. An afternoon of interactive multi-sensory musical experience.
Tea dance on Thursday, May 19, 2-4pm.
Guinness world record attempt for the largest gathering of people dressed as scarecrows at Vivary Park in Taunton on Sunday, May 22. Free fun day for all the family and registration is required to take part in the attempt – visit www.reminiscencelearning.co.uk
