Year 6 children at Sampford Arundel Primary School were treated to an evening of bowling followed by a meal at the Tamarind Bay Restaurant in Wellington.

The annual event, in which children choose what they would like to do to mark the end of their time at the school, is sponsored by FOSAS, the parents and friends association.

The children are pictured at the Hollywood Bowl in Taunton before going out for dinner.

This year the nine Year 6 children are moving on to four local schools.
