A YOUNG Wellington mother has spoken of her horror at seeing her seven-year-old son emerge from a public convenience in North Street, Wellington, carrying "two dirty needles" in his hands.

Shelley Groves, a 28-year-old married mum of four, said she and her children had just been to the park in Welington and Jimmy, one her sons, went into the toilsts on their way home.
