THE annual Christmas concert held at St John’s Parish Church featuring Wellington Silver Band and Wellesley Park Primary School choir proved very successful.

The Silver Band training band also took part in the event, which was well attended.

The concert was split into two halves with drinks, mince pies and biscuits available during the interval.

The musical director was Andrew Stark and the choir leader was Katie Whittle.

Odette’s Tearoom in the High Street and Wellesley Park PTA supported the event.
