STAWLEY Mill Supper Club has raised £2,300 for Alzheimers Research in the ten events staged since the first one in October last year.

Pork ragout with fresh vegetables and potatoes – and a vegetarian option – plus blackberry and apple crumble are on offer at the next event on Friday (October 13). The cost is £18, including the first glass of wine.
