A SMALL group of people from Wellington History and Museum Society with friends spent a few days taking part in a community dig in part of the garden of Old Court.

Due to the hot weather only one pit was completed and one partly dug.

Results from the dig within the grounds of the Grade II listed building will be heard after archaeologists have looked at the finds.
