Wellington railway station housing development could see more homes addedThe Big Spotacular encouraged children and teachers to dress up in spots, sell spotty cakes and goods, and take part in spotty-themed challenges to raise more money than ever before for disadvantaged children and young people.
Pupils and staff dressed in a variety of ‘spotty’ clothing ranging from hair ribbons and ties to pyjamas. Members of the school council raffled two cuddly monkeys and sold buns and cakes.
Pupils also had the chance to win a ‘spotty’ cake by guessing the number of spots it contained. The Spotacular raised a total of £333.51.
