PAUL Hughes, who ran Evad Kitchens in Wellington with his mother Gwen, has died at Harefield Hospital, near London, at the age of 52.

He had been ill for a long time and had a lung transplant on October 26.

But he died of a brain haemorrhage on November 1. He leaves a widow, Amanda, and two children – Ben and Lily.

Amanda said: “As a recipient of a lung, four of his organs have been donated.”

The funeral is at Taunton Deane Crematorium next Wednesday (November 18) at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only but donations to Harefield Hospital may be given at the service or sent c/o the funeral directors,
