PAUL Hughes, who ran Evad Kitchens in Wellington with his mother Gwen, has died at Harefield Hospital, near London, at the age of 52.
He had been ill for a long time and had a lung transplant on October 26.
But he died of a brain haemorrhage on November 1. He leaves a widow, Amanda, and two children – Ben and Lily.
Amanda said: “As a recipient of a lung, four of his organs have been donated.”
