TAUNTON Deane Borough Council is holding a tree planting ceremony at Wellington Park in memory of its late head gardener Mark Norman.

 It will be held at 10.30am on Tuesday, December 5.

Friends of Wellington Park, Wellington in Bloom and anyone who wishes to attend is welcome.
