LOVERS of the natural world are being invited to meet TV wildlife expert, photographer and author Johnny Kingdom at Langford Lakes Christmas Tree Farm this weekend.

Reg Hendy, owner of the farm at Middle Hill Farm in Langford Budville, said: “We’re thrilled to have Johnny back with us at the farm. He will be available to chat to people about his career and experiences, illustrated by his wonderful wildlife photographs.

“Johnny is a local legend and has so many fantastic stories about his Exmoor life. We are sure lots of our visitors will find his tales fascinating. His photographs of Exmoor ponies, deer and badgers, to name but a few, are stunning and people will be able to purchase them during the weekend.

“As well as Johnny making an appearance we will have Martin Ballam from Xtreme Falconry with us on Sunday from 2-4pm. He will be bringing a selection of owls, hawks and a big American bald eagle for visitors to see.”

Johnny will be at Langford Lakes on Saturday from 9am-6pm and on Sunday from 10am-4pm.
