NEW litter bins are being installed in Wellington in a bid to help people keep the town cleaner.

Taunton Deane Borough Council says the bins are more robust than the old ones. The free-standing bins are the first to be replaced to be followed by the pole-mounted type – and the latter are slightly larger to increase capacity.
