Warning issued for whole of Christmas Day as strong winds set to hit WestcountryThe PPG has had regular updates from the medical centre and the surgery has remained open during the current pandemic. The PPG is very aware that some patients with non-coronavirus conditions may not be seeking treatment as normal. The PPG would like to remind all patients and residents that the surgery and hospitals are open for normal business. Anyone with an urgent medical condition should seek help through the usual channels.
A spokesperson for the PPG said “We are so lucky we have a wonderful and dedicated NHS who are giving their all to keep us safe. It’s great to see so many households applauding on Thursday nights in appreciation to all those that care for us in our hour of need.
“Stay safe and hope our lovely town of Wellington will soon be able to be vibrant again with the shops, bars and cafes open once more.”
