Wellington Monument held an Easter Egg trail over the holiday weekend and 200 eggs were handed out, as well as hundreds of cardboard monuments.

“Thank you to all that took part in our wildflower challenge,” said Emma Jones, National Trust community fundraising and engagement officer for the Monument.

“And thank you to all of you who couldn’t park as the car park was full. Your understanding and patience was very much appreciated.”
