Wellington poet Jon Jarrett is set to launch his own art exhibition to raise money for charity.

Mr Jarrett, of Mantle Street, is set to host the show in Taunton Library from Monday, September 18, to Saturday, September 23.

The event will raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK and St. Margaret's Hospice.

At the centre of the exhibit will be a painting of Mr Jarret's depicting Phil Colins, John Lennon, George Harrison and Mick Jagger.

The event will be wheelchair friendly and have refreshments on hand. There will be no charge for admittance.
