YOUNGSTERS from Milverton School have received awards for running an anti bullying scheme at the school.

The pupils, from year six, are members of Milverton School Buddies who are on duty in the playground to help resolve issues between fellow pupils.

They attended a special ceremony at Bishop Fox School, Taunton to receive the Diana Anti-Bullying Award from the Mayor of Taunton Deane, Cllr Jefferson Horsley, and the High Sherriff of Somerset, Patricia Hunt.
