MORE than 600 turned up at Wellington Playing Field on Friday (Nov 9) for a special night of football.

Players of all ages - along with hundreds of spectators - came together to celebrate the life of Wellington AFC stalwart Selwyn Apsin, who died in September at the age of 80.
