OAKE Manor Golf Club’s youngsters have won the Somerset Junior League KO Cup after beating Taunton & Pickeridge in the final at Weston-super-Mare.

It was a close contest played in good conditions. Noah Jones beat Theo Lamey (one up) and Ben Thompson overcame Benjamin Newman (3 & 2) to secure a 2-1 win for Oake. Pickeridge captain Charlie Hooper beat his counterpart Callum Pinn 3 & 2.
