MANAGERLESS Wellington will be looking to bounce back after their 2-0 loss at Saltash when they play at home to Penzance AFC in the second qualifying round of the FA Vase at home tomorrow (Sat, 3p.m.).

Penzance are lying seventh in Premier West of the Peninsula League, having won four and lost three of their seven league matches.

Wellington, who have parted company with manager Josh Stunell since their 2-0 defeat at Saltash last Saturday, are lying 18th in the Premier Division of the Jewson League but have played only seven games.

Wellington’s chairman Mike Hall and captain Glenn Wright, who missed the game at Saltash, will run the side.

Meanwhile, Wellington’s new floodlights are up and running and will be in use for the first time next Wednesday, September 24, when their Reserves play at home to University of Exeter in the Premier Division of the Devon and Exeter League (7.30p.m.).
