COLIN Gould, of Oake Manor Golf Club, has achieved every golfers’ dream.

He had a hole in one on the 165 yard tenth while playing a Seniors match against Enmore Park GC.

Meanwhile, Matthew Watson won the Gardner Cup at Oake Manor with an amazing score of nett 53, 17 under par.

Graham Whiskin won division 1 with nett 67, Graham Salway came second with nett 68 and Stuart Coleman was third with nett 69. Graham McGann won division 2 with nett 64, second place overall, Matthew Bright was second with nett 68 and Ian Loader was third also with nett 68. Matthew Watson won division 3 with his amazing nett 53, Mike Osguthorp was second with nett 66 and Thomas Stewart was third with nett 67.

Ros Wills won the Ladies Bogey Competition on Saturday with a score of +1 against the course. Patricia Fazer came second with -4 and Kathy Salway was third with -8.

Colin Gould won the Seniors Past Captains Cup on Monday by winning division 2 with 39 points, Edward Winter was second with 37 points and Rhudian Williams was third also with 37 points. Colin Shepherd won division 1 with 37 points, Michael Bright came second also with 37 points and Bob Trott was third with 34 points.

Shane Bordier won the Grandmother’s Trophy in the Ladies Tuesday Stableford Competition. Shane won division 1 scoring 37 points, Kathy Salway came second also with 37 points but losing on count back, Liz How was third with 36 points. Sammie Westmacott won division 2 with 35 points, Linda Sully came second also with 35 points and Catherine Drysdale was third with 34 points.

Nathan Pepperell won the Wednesday Midweek Stableford Competition scoring 39 points, Vic Burgos came second with 38 points and Richard Barker was third also with 38 points.
