Abbey Ling, of Nynehead, (centre) won the English Open ABT (Beverley CTC) shooting title over the weekend, hitting 185 clays out of 200.

She beat the experienced Andrea Swatts into second place while Katie Cox won bronze.

Brother-in-law Theo Ling shot well to finish third in the juniors while father- in-law Steve Ling also shot 185, missing a place on the podium by one clay.
