KINGSMEAD School student Olivia Lake has won the Ladies Championship as well as the Junior Championship at Enmore Park Golf Club.

The 16 year old, who lives at Bishops Lydeard and who plays off a handicap of 13, won the 36 hole ladies gross title after recording 90 on her first round which she followed up with 89, giving her a total of 179 - a two shot lead over her nearest rival.

In the Junior Championship Olivia, who is also this year's Junior Captain, recorded rounds of 74 and 69 to claim the title.

Olivia and her twin brother Rory started playing golf at Enmore after being introduced to the game by their grandfather, and both will be moving onto Richard Huish College to continue their education in September.
