SS SQUAD have a ten-point lead at the top of Red Division in the Wellington Summer Pool League after Simon Heritage and Paul Marks potted hat tricks in a 12-3 win against Balls in Hand.
A hat-trick from Mark Williams was the highlight of Pot Blacks’s 9-6 win over Changing Lanes.. Snipers got off the mark after a close match with Ed Williams winning all his games in a thrilling 8-7 victory over Legends.
In Yellow Division, Old Blues won their first match with a 13-2 win over Two Tees. A short sided Rows Rebels were beaten 11-4 by Pocket Rockets with Ben Carey winning all his games, while there was a hat-trick by Lewis Smith for Mylows Minions who are one of three teams at the top on 35 points.
Getting Cider and Pocket Rockets, who have won all three of their matches, are the other two teams setting the pace.
