COURT Fields School student Ronnie Wells has won the Under 17 100 metres title at the English Schools Athletics Championships at Gateshead.

Young Wells, who lives in Rockwell Green and was captaining the Somerset boys team, won in 10.81 seconds in the event yesterday (July 7).
