WELLINGTON will be playing at Plymouth Argaum at the weekend in the Cornwall and Devon League after an easy win against bottom- placed Pirates Amateurs.
Wellington ran out 94-7 winners at home on Saturday and coach Allyn Chetland said: “It wasn’t too much of a test but the boys did what needed to be done.”
Heaviest scorers were George Hodgson, who played on the wing, and Bradley Field, who played at centre before moving to full back.
Wellington have a concern for this weekend over hooker Joe Dyke, who hurt his back on Saturday, but everyone else should be fully fit.
Chetland added: “Any away game is always going to be a bit of a test but we look forward to that challenge.”
He is pleased with how his side have started the season after play- ing the top three teams and win- ning two and narrowly losing two matches. “If we had a bit more luck in those two games it could have been four out of four,” he said.
