FORMER Wellington Darts League player Ryan Searle is still waiting to see who he will play in the second round of the PDC Home Tour.

Because of coronavirus, the televised competition is being played at the homes of players.

In winning the group he beat world number eight James Wade. The 32-year-old beat Andy Boulton 5-1 in the first game, won 5-3 against Wade, scoring five maximums, before beating Adrian Gray 5-2.

The event is now down to the last 32 and the second round will be played in groups, with the winners going through to the quarter-finals.

No prizemoney is on offer, only an appearance fee likely to be increased from £500 for the second round.
