WELLINGTON will be looking to put Monday's mauling by St Andrews in the Baker Cup behind them when they play at home to North Petherton in the Somerset Division of the West of England Premier League today (Sat).

Wellington have already beaten Petherton at the Playing Field this month, winning by 104 runs in the first round preper of the Baker Cup with skipper Arron Campbell leading them to victory with a knock of 80. Sri Lankan all-rounder Sankaken Pathirana took 5-8, proving unplayable.

Wellington are top of the table, having won six matches in succession, their first game of the season being cancelled because of bad weather. Petherton have only one one victory from seven starts.

Wellington 2nd XI, who were handed the points last weekend by Burleigh's second string, who could not raise a side, are away to Huish and Langport in Division Four. Wellington 3rd X1 area away to Stoke St Gregory in Division Seven Red.
