REIGNING champions Wiveliscombe maintained their position at the top of the first division in the West Somerset Cricket League with a four-wicket victory over bottom side Timberscombe.

Timberscombe were bowled out for only 93 but Wiveliscombe then had trouble themselves in scoring the runs, losing six wickets in the chase for victory.
