In 1994, Wellington resident and retired teacher David Moore started photographing land around The Elms on Beech Hill to the south-east of Wellington.

At that time Bovis Homes was interested in developing the area but it was not until 2018 that C & G Fry brought in construction workers.

The photograph taken 25 years later, and framing the same scene, is barely recognisable.

Apart from the Jurston Fields building development in the foreground, Moonbeams Farm has been established on the other side of the road while the new roundabout has made the A38 clearly visible.
