HOROLOGIST Chris Campbell will be on duty at Bathealton Church when it opens its clock tower on Saturday (July 6).

Chris, who cares for the church clock, winds it up and ensures it keeps accurate time, will explain how it works and answer questions.

A cream tea in the village hall is included in the £4.50 ticket price and the flower ladies will decorate the church.

The event runs from 2.30-4.30pm and all funds raised will be in aid of Bathealton Church.
