COUNTRY Childcare, a small nursery with only 30 children in Wellington, raised £420.30 for Children in Need.

It had a cake sale and organised a raffle for children and their families, and had a pyjama party. 

Louise Redwood, from the nursery, said: “We set ourselves a target of £200 to beat last year’s target and we have well and truly smashed it.”
