Home burgled in Wellington

A HOME was burgled in Wellington on Thursday of last week between 9am and 5pm at Nowers Lane.

The offender entered the property by smashing a window at the rear. Once inside a search was conducted and items of jewellery were stolen.

The police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward. They say: “Did you see anything suspicious in this area on anywhere near to the Wellington Relief Road between the above times?”
