PRACTICAL dementia advice for carers is on offer at Wellington-based charity Reminiscence Learning next week.
The thought provoking session will be run by an occupational therapist with additional advice from a speech and language therapist.
Talk and discussion will include the options, rights and costs of caring and living with dementia. It will also look at practical difficulties, communication skills and dementia awareness.
The event is at The Counting House, Tonedale Mill on Tuesday from 10am-1pm. Entry is free, everyone is welcome and refreshments will be available. To book a place phone 01823 668676.
