WELLINGTON residents are being called on to donate raffle prizes for a charity dance next week to boost fundraising efforts for Stand Up to Cancer.

"Another Night of Elvis" will be held at Wellington Football Club on Saturday, July 13, and a few tickets are still available for purchase.

Ken and Jeanette Bird are hosting this event as a thank-you, after Ken had two major cancer surgeries.

Last year's dance, featuring Elvis tribute artist Stuart Horne, raised £1,750 for Stand Up to Cancer and Cancer Research UK.
