GARDENERS will be able to enjoy visiting a property at Fernhill on Sunday (June 28) and again later this summer.

Owner Peter Bowler is opening his garden for charity as part of the National Gardens Scheme.

Website booking is essential and because of coronavirus restrictions toilets and refreshments will not be available – but visitors can take a picnic.

Entry is £4 this weekend and again on Sunday, August 23, with slots from 2-3.30pm and 3.30-5pm – book at https://ngs.org.uk/view-garden/12698/

The garden is at TA21 0LU on the A38 Exeter road about two miles from Wellington. Peter says drivers should look for the yellow sign on left at the top of Whiteball Hill just before the dual carriageway. Car parking is available on site with blue badge car parking in front of the house.
