THE Wellington Independent Market is returning this month and will see the town’s High Street closed once again on Saturday, June 14.

From 6am until 6pm, the High Street will be closed to vehicles, with access for emergency services, Royal Mail, and residents only.

Drivers will be diverted at the town centre and Longforth Road junctions.

Organised by the owners of The Nook & Cranny, Wellington Independent Market takes place on a near monthly basis, selling local goods and providing entertainment to all ages.

It will be open to the public from 10am until 4pm on Saturday, June 14, featuring 45 traders offering a range of arts, crafts and food produce.
