SINGER-SONGWRITER Steve Nash, a patient at Wellesley Hospital in Wellington, is recording his debut album ‘Rad Times’.
He has received support from hospital staff and Clint Productions, near Culmstock, run by Sarah Cunningham, and is working with sound engineer Dave Holder and a team of artists and producers.
Steve has a mental health disability and decided to be creative to channel his distress, writing songs called ‘Broken Kiss’, ‘Memories’, ‘Losing My Mind’, ‘Bury Me In Love’ and ‘Roll the Dice’.
Steve says his album will be available to download next year on Amazon, Google Play and iTunes.
He also plans to release a second album called ‘Losing My Mind’ in aid of local charities.
