The fabulous Jenny Weston-Siviter and Lis Ford, from the Wellington Monument restoration project, raised £777 when they ran the Bath Half-Marathon.

Jenny’s little puppy joined her for the last mile, which spurred her on to completing the event in two hours and 29 minutes.

Lis completed the run in two hours and 11 minutes.

Emma Jones, National Trust community fundraiser and engagement officer (Wellington Monument), said: “Well done to Jenny and Lis and thank you to all of you who sponsored them.”
