WELLINGTON Weekly News readers are being asked to help identify a photograph which came into the possession of Wellington Local History and Museum Society without any description of the occasion.

The foundation stone text indicates it was laid on February 8, 2000, by Georgina Crowcombe, Mona Richards, and Joan Spiller.
