COURT Fields School is expecting its 'best ever' maths results after year 11 students achieved an impressive 69.4% A*-C grades this week ahead of their final GCSE exams in June.
The numbers add up to a 20% increase over the 2012 summer results.
Now, the school is predicting that the final results could bust the 70% mark, which would be the school's best ever maths results.
The 775-pupil school was put into special measures following an unsatisfactory Ofsted report in January.

Somerset Council financial management under investigation by GovernmentHead teacher Elaine Faull said yesterday: "Our staff have been relentless in teaching and supporting students to achieve their potential in maths.
"We are thrilled with these results and I look forward to even better results in August."
