THE Wellington Weekly News hosted a Christmas Colouring Competition to coincide with this year’s Christmas Lights Switch On event — and what a phenomenal stack of entries we received!

Ria Rickward, advertising manager for the Wellington Weekly News, said the team had been impressed with the response to the colouring competition, with a tough choice presented to judges: “We had so many entries and all were different. Thank you to all those who entered, it really was a difficult choice!”

Winners: Under 6 category — 1st, Lewis; 2nd, Danica. Ages seven to 10 years — 1st, Erin; 2nd, Henry. Ages 10 and over — 1st, Ruben; 2nd, Grace.
